Shipping Policy
Postage is calculated once items are placed into the shopping basket.
We try to cut down on waste where possible by reusing boxes and packaging material. Waste cardboard is collected for recycling.
UK
We ship using Royal Mail Recorded, Special Delivery or Courier.
Dont forget that somebody should be in to accept the package. If nobody is at home why not have it delivered to your work.
If you arnt in to accept a parcel its up to you to arrange a re-delivery time, a contact card should be popped through your letterbox if that happens.
If you want your item deliverd on a particular day, just let us know and we will ship to suit you. Otherwise, we ship next day.
Orders placed on a Friday may be shipped the following Monday to arrive Tuesday.
Some UK locations are classed as being remote which can incur an extra charge by our courier, should this apply to you and we are unable to cover the extra cost we will contact you.
All items are trackable and we consider a parcel that has been signed for to have been delivered. Should your parcel go missing and the carrier can prove that the item has been signed for then we regard the item as having been delivered and it will be up to you to make your claim against the carrier, we will of course provide you with all the details to assist you.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship smaller items using Royal Mail International Signed For which provides tracking and insurance up to £30.
We will send heavy/large items by courier.
Return & Refund Policy
If you feel that you need to return your product, or that
special circumstances apply to you, do not hesitate to contact us and ask. Our
customers are important to us, and we go to great lengths to assure your
complete satisfaction.
Pricing Policy
We reserves the right to cancel
any order submitted. If payment has already been made, this will be refunded in full.
Payment Policy
All payment must be made in full before any
orders are processed.
Payment is taken through the secure Paypal system.
You do not need a PayPal account to use the system, just a credit or debit card.
Pre-Order Policy
From time to time we may make items available for Pre-Order.
Payment is taken at the time the Pre-Order is placed.
Your Pre-Order will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
Should your item be cancelled or become unavailable for any reason your payment will be refunded in full.
